Light the black candle and place it beside the mirror. Sit facing your reflection. Let the song Tremors play from start to finish.

As the lyrics unfold, hold your symbol of truth in one hand, the cord in the other.

Repeat aloud after the song finishes:

Repeat these words until you feel confident in their truth.
